All Well Between Hardik Pandya & Natasha Stankovic? India Star Video Calls Back Home Post India’s T20 World Cup Triumph
Hardik Pandya turned the match on his head with wickets of Heinrich Klaasen and David Miller in the T2- World Cup 2024 against South Africa.
New Delhi: Visuals of Hardik Pandya went viral where he can be seen video chatting with someone amid rumours of rift with wife Natasha Stankovic. Following, India’s T20 World Cup 2024 victory over South Africa in the final, the 30-year-old all-rounder was seen sitting in the middle of the pitch and speaking with someone on video call. However, it is yet to be clear who he was talking to. Well, there could be several names. It could be his wife, mother Nalini, elder brother and out-of-contention India all-rounder Krunal, sister-in-law Pankhuri Sharma or his son Agastya.
Having endured a tough six months before the tournament, where he coped with severe criticism at Mumbai Indians during the Indian Premier League, Pandya chose the grandest of stages to mark his comeback. Defending 177 runs, South Africa, at one stage, looked threatening with Heinrich Klaasen going bonkers against the opposition bowlers.
Pandya dismissed Klaasen to turn the tide in the game before getting better David Miller in the final over to seal India’s win. Meanwhile, the post was captioned ‘Who do you think Hardik called after the match?’. Responding to the query, Pankhuri commented, “@krunalpandya_official always”.
Pandya’s rumoured split came to the fore during IPL 2024 after Stankovic deleted all their photos from wedding from social media and also removed the word ‘Pandya’ from her profile name. Stankovic, who is originally from Serbia and made her name in Bollywood, married Pandya on May 31, 2020. The same year, they also welcomed their first child, son Agastya.
Notably, Stankovic didn’t post anything related to India’s T20 World Cup triumph on social media at a time when wives of other cricketers did express their happiness on platforms like Instagram, Facebook and Twitter.
