Fights, drama, budding friendships and relationships – the controversial Bigg Boss house has it all. The latest season comes with a range of new additions, creating a craze among the devoted fans. A few contestants were also seen opening their hearts out as they shared their stories on the show. In the latest one, former journalist and author Jigna Vora opened up about her past relationship.

She shared how her ex-partner left her during the most difficult time. Notably, she was referring to the time when she was arrested for allegedly conspiring with a gangster in the killing of veteran crime reporter Jyotirmoy Dey.

Jigna Vora admits ‘still being in love with her ex-partner’

While speaking up about the controversies that she faced, the former crime journalist also spoke about her personal life inside the Bigg Boss house.

Talking to co-contestant Munawar Faruqui as they took a walk in the evening, Jigna Vora opened up on how her ex-partner left her at the time when she was arrested. During this while, as Munawar asked if her ex-partner was married at that point, she said, “I think he was married.”

Breaking down in tears, she said, “He was a high-profile personality and was posted in Baroda.” Jigna further added that she had zero expectations from him nor did she want his money or anything else.

“I feel so helpless. Had that case not happened, then maybe…” she said, expressing her feelings for him.

She also recalled the day of her arrest and shared, “I got arrested at 10:20 AM and he came from Ahmedabad to Mumbai. After seeing the breaking news of ‘Jigna Vora is arrested’, he instantly left.”

Further, as Munawar went on to ask her if it is not enough for her to move on or hate him, the author replied with tears in her eyes, “Why will I hate him? How can I hate him? Everyone told me that he has to show his face to God. But I am unable to hate him.”

Rinku Dhawan who also was a part of the conversation asked, “It has been 14 years and you are still sulking over him.” To this, Munawar said, “She is still in love with him.”
