Bigg Boss OTT 3: Bhabiji Ghar Par Hain Actor Charrul Malik Reveals Being Approached For Reality Show

Mumbai: Charrul Malik, formerly a news reporter and anchor has transitioned into a personality in the entertainment industry. The diva made the best out of her career through acting, Charrul has starred in widely-watched TV series such as ‘Bhabiji Ghar Par Hain’ and ‘Happu Ki Ultan Paltan,’ where she portrayed the character Russa. In an exclusive interview with Times Now/Telly Talk India, she revealed that she may appear on the third season of Bigg Boss OTT, with actor Anil Kapoor hosting the reality show. Will Charrul Malik Be a Part of Bigg Boss OTT 3?
The popular reality show Bigg Boss OTT 3 is all set to premiere on June 21, 2024. Talking to the media agency Charrul Malik added, “Yes, that’s right. The team of Bigg Boss OTT 3 called me in for an interview and I am very keen on doing it. I was, in fact, approached earlier also for one of the seasons but I couldn’t join due to my contract with the news channel I was working in. I am still thinking about BB OTT 3 as I have some work commitments (sic).”
She further adds, “There’s also hardly 10 days left and it’s such a hush-hush thing. I am yet to sign the dotted lines but I would love to go. I have to sort out my contract first with an upcoming show I am doing and the dates are clashing with BB. I would get clarity in 2-3 days (sic).”
Talking about the first round of audition of the reality show, Charrul Malik said, “When they spoke to me in the first round of interview, the first question they asked me was what I thought of influencers. I was confused why were they asking me about them and not about me. But later I got to know that many influencers have been roped in as contestants and that’s why they wanted my view on it. I told them that some people become influencers overnight but people like me work hard day and night to become successful (sic).”

The TV actress further continued, “I have worked so hard to reach where I am today. Each of us have their own journey. We had a long conversation on this. After this, they asked me if I have been associated with any controversies or not. I have no such background though. Even during my news stint, I have always been a balanced anchor. It was a good 25 minute interview with 4-5 people in the office (sic).”
