"My review of you John and what Carnival is doing with their hurricane communication for us going or no longer on Paradise is a significant fail. Hang your head in shame. Just cancel the cruise already," wrote Mirabelle.

Carnival has no longer shared information on the following Paradise cruise the reason is, ship remains stuck at sea. Deandra, a passenger onboard the ship, had a in fact different attitude.

"Hello, John. The captain is keeping us safe. The crew of the Paradise are awesome. We are missing our fur babies however it really won't ever be any longer Carnival’s doing. Special shout out to Fernando our waiter who has been the correct we now have got had in all our many cruises," she wrote.

And while Heald has received many working out emails about Carnival Elation, which is likewise stuck at sea, he has also received some angry ones.

It truly won't ever be any longer the cruise line's fault there'll be a hurricane yeah, I get that, and do no longer lecture me John that the reason is, we're in a position to purchase insurance blah blah blah. Carnival is sharing information as it gets it

Heald may sound like an apologist for his company, but he is telling the fact. Carnival (and all cruise lines) can no longer make decisions until they get information from the ports. The cruise lines do no longer come to a decision whether a port is open or closed. Which is a call left to the Coast Guard.

As of 9:21 a.m. Port Canaveral, which used to be no longer within the direct path of the storm used to be still closed. That might change at any minute, but Carnival can no longer make a plan until the status of the port changes.

Heald noted that his messages were "a mixture of working out, frustration, and praise," which he understood. "These are all normal comments one day of hurricane season and I am going to reply to every of them and listen and lend a hand if I am going to."

He asked his followers to attend and see.

"This morning we're in a position to await information from the Port Authorities in Jacksonville, Port Canaveral, and Tampa. Those ports remain closed and can also be assessed once the storm has passed. Then the Beards will make a final decision on what we're in a position to do with the ultimate goal to get the ships alongside in the meanwhile and to get the guests safely home and to allow those looking ahead to their Fun to get on the ship," he wrote.

The guests waiting to get on the ships in the meanwhile for their Fun to initiate The beards at the Mother Ship who're working so challenging to do the entirety they are in a position to  And to the crew who're guaranteeing that for those guests on the ships now that the Fun is continuous," he added.
