The warm tribute led to Paul revealing how he believed in himself and had a discussion with the company’s Chief Content Officer Triple H for a chance to be ‘The Guy’. The Thunder Lips even went on to claim that Paul mustn't be excited by a storyline for any other championship aside from the World Heavyweight title.
He expressed his support and said, “Paul mustn't be any sort of champion excluding the World Champion at this point. You make that quick transition and if they’re smart, Triple H is smart, that transition must be made this year.” Right through his career, Hogan won six WWE Championship titles, starred in movies, television shows, animation series and become an icon for teenagers. His fans began to call themselves the ‘Hulkmaniacs’.
