In one of the bizarre videos, South actor Nandamuri Balakrishna was seen brutally pushing Gangs of Godavar’s actress Anjali at an event. Responding to the video, filmmaker Hansal Mehta has slammed the actor for his act and even called him a ‘scumbag.’ The video of Nandamuri is making rounds on the internet and creating a massive uproar among the netizens.

What Did Hansal Mehta Say About The Video?

Taking to X (formerly known as Twitter), Hansal Mehta shared the same video and asked people “Who is this scumbag?” Addressing Hansal, the user said, “They both have acted before with each other so they have that bonding, irrespective of age he had that friend kinda vibe with co-stars, he’s the biggest star of Telugu film and industry and the son of great SR NTR and is the uncle of JR NTR, so before calling him a scum bag and all the words ur using think once and tweet before keeping a finger into someone’s life who is a star himself and PPL around know.” Reposting the message, Hansal wrote, “Scumbagx100.”

Nakul Mehta also expressed his anger on the same. He took to X and wrote, “Not one person expressed their discomfort. Not one. Ridiculous behaviour by the gent,” he wrote.

Internet’s Reaction to Balakrishna’s Vidoe

The video created a massive uproar on the internet. Several netizens bashed the actor for his appalling behaviour. While one user wrote, “It’s crazy how so many people give him a free pass by saying stuff like ‘it’s just Balayya.’” Another said, “A talented actress treated like this is unacceptable.” An X (formerly Twitter) user wrote, “This is so humiliating what an arrogant person he is.”

A comment read, “An overrated, overactor, who doesn’t look good in any movie”, another one commented, “Sad that this is the state of the industry, and it hurts that there is no transforming this. Won’t be surprised if there comes a PR spin on this.”

Born on June 10, 1960, Nandamuri Balakrishna, commonly known as Balakrishna or Balayya, is a renowned South Indian actor, producer, and politician. Interestingly, his father, N. T. Rama Rao, was a prominent Telugu actor and served as the Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh three times. Additionally, Jr NTR is his half-brother.
