On Wednesday, the world was angry. It was furious. There were protests across different nations to show their outrage in the aftermath of the deadly explosion at the al-Ahli Arab Hospital in Gaza.
While the Gaza health ministry blamed Israel for the incident, Jerusalem has blamed the Palestinian Islamic Jihad group for the tragedy. The Israeli military produced evidence to show that the blast was the result of a rocket launched by the militant group Islamic Jihad misfiring. Even the United States stated that it believed that it wasn’t Israel with Joe Biden saying that the hospital strike on Gaza seems to have been ‘done by other team’, in reference to Palestinian militants.
But nothing seemed to appease people who were incensed. Spontaneous protests broke out not only in countries in the West Asia region but also as far as in the United States, Germany, the United Kingdom and more.
