Whether the innings resumes or not, this has been an excellent response from the Indians after getting reduced to 6/2 in the powerplay. Surya and Tilak brought the Men in Blue back on their feet with a solid third-wicket stand worth 49 before Rinku’s arrival. The southpaw assumed charge after SKY’s dismissal in the 14th over, and has ensured India breach the 180-mark on a St George’s Park surface that is stopping a bit.

Should Coetzee bowl the remaining deliveries though, the Men in Blue won’t mind another 10 runs on the board.
