Jammu: The newly-appointed president of the Indian National Congress, Uday Bhau Chib, has said that the Jammu and Kashmir Assembly Elections is being fought by the people against the dictatorial BJP government at the Centre. “The Congress-NC alliance goes to form government (in Jammu and Kashmir) on 8th October. I am hoping that we'll form government with a tight majority. These elections are the reality isn't being fought by the Congress or NC but by the people of Jammu and Kashmir in contrast dictatorial government,” Chib told ANI.
