Kartik Aaryan is a fitness enthusiast. The actor’s prep work for his upcoming sports drama Chandu Champion needs no introduction. He underwent a drastic physical transformation, and his journey is indeed tremendous. He is playing the character of Murlikant Petkar-India’s first Paralympic gold medalist. After doing intense workout regimes and dietary practices, the actor is back to being a regular gym-goer. In his latest Instagram entry, he was seen executing pull-ups but not the usual one. Taking to his social media account, Kartik incorporated an element of challenge into his workout session. He attached a 15kg weight plate to his waist and performed hardcore weighted pull-ups. He was seen flaunting his abs and acing the exercise like a pro. While sharing the video with Chandu Champion’s first track Tu Hai Champion in the background, Kartik wrote, “Weight-lifted push-ups ke baad Weight-lifted Pull-ups.”
