HIGHLIGHTS Kolkata Knight Riders vs Mumbai Indians, IPL 2024: Kolkata Knight Riders became the first team to qualify for the IPL 2024 playoffs after they defeated Mumbai Indians by 18 runs at Eden Gardens on Saturday. Batting first, KKR rode on Venkatesh Iyer’s 42 to post 157/7 in a 16-over-a-side game which started late due to rain. In reply, Mumbai Indians could only manage 139/8 despite a fine start in the powerplay. This was KKR’s ninth win with two more games to go.
