Koffee With Karan 8: Janhvi Kapoor recalls Khushi comforting her after Sridevi's death, says, 'I have never seen her...'

The Kapoor sisters graced the latest Koffee With Karan season 8 episode – Janhvi Kapoor and Khushi Kapoor. While the episode was filled with several lighthearted moments, the siblings also opened up on the impact of losing their mother Sridevi on them.

During the conversation, Janhvi shared that despite Khushi being the younger sibling, she was the person, who consoled her.

Recalling the moment, the Dhadak actress said, “The thing that I remember is that when I got the call, I was in my room. I could hear wailing from Khushi’s room. I think I barged into her room howling and crying. But what I do remember, Karan, is that the minute she looked at me, she just stopped crying. She just sat next to me and started comforting me. I have never seen her cry about it since.”

On the work front, Janhvi Kapoor will be seen in films like Mr. and Mrs. Mahi and the much-awaited Jr. NTR starrer action entertainer Devara Part 1, which is releasing in cinemas on April 5th, 2024.

While Khushi Kapoor made her debut with Zoya Akhtar’s The Archies, which premiered on Netflix. The film also featured Agastya Nanda, Suhana Khan, Vedang Raina, Mihir Ahuja, Aditi “Dot” Saigal, Yuvraj Menda, Vinay Pathak, and Tara Sharma among others.
