Koffee With Karan 8: Kareena Kapoor says 'Why am I being asked this?' when asked if Deepika Padukone is her competition

Kareena Kapoor Khan and Alia Bhatt recently graced Karan Johar’s show Koffee With Karan 8. The actresses spoke about marriage, children, careers, and touched upon many more topics. In the rapid fire round, Johar asked both Khan and Bhatt if Deepika Padukone was their competition, and here’s what the responses were.

Kareena said, “Me? No. I think this is Alia’s question for her rapid fire, not for me. Why am I being asked this question?” Alia replied, “Please… not at all. Why would she be? She’s my senior. There’s no competition.”

Both Kareena and Alia, who happen to be a part of the same family now, had a fun time as they featured in the 4th episode of Koffee with Karan season 8. During their conversation, Alia spilled the beans about her relationship with her husband, Ranbir Kapoor, and how they fight over playing with their daughter Raha.

On the other hand, Kareena was seen teasing Alia, asking her to have another child. Notably, Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor became parents to their firstborn daughter, Raha, last year. The little girl is now a year old, having recently celebrated her first birthday.

Alia began by sharing that she and Ranbir fight at home for Raha. “Sometimes, we fight at home over playing with Raha. It’s like now you have her, now give me.” It was then that Kareena jumped into the conversation and advised Alia to have a second child. “That’s the cue to have another one. Maybe, so both of you can have one each,” she said.
