Mumbai: A glimpse of the upcoming movie “Maharagni – Queen of Queens,” has been shared by India’s Baweja Studios and E7 Entertainments. The film stars celebrated Bollywood actor Kajol and dance legend Prabhu Deva are set to come back together on screen after their last joint venture 27 years ago in “Minsaara Kanavu” directed by Rajiv Menon. The cast is further enriched by accomplished actors like Naseeruddin Shah, Samyuktha Menon, Jisshu Sengupta, and Aditya Seal. Uppalapati Drops First Glimpse of Maharagni – Queen of Queens
Charan Tej Uppalapati, the film director, has wrapped up the first stage of filming. The crew members include G.K. Vishnu, taking care of the film’s visuals, Harshavardhan Rameshwar adding a musical touch, Saahi Suresh interprets the script through art, and Navin Nooli cutting and stitching the scenes. The screenplay is the joint effort of Niranjan Iyengar and Jessica Khurana. Baweja Studios, alongside E7 Entertainments, under the supervision of producers Harman Baweja and Venkata Anish Dorigillu, are behind the production of the movie.
During a recent conversation with Variety, the Tollywood director said, “It has been an exhilarating journey bringing ‘Maharagni – Queen of Queens’ to life in front of the camera. Collaborating with stalwarts like Kajol, Prabhu Deva, Naseer-sir, Samyuktha Menon and Jisshu Sen Gupta for my Hindi debut has been a dream come true. Each character in the film adds unparalleled depth, and I am eager for the audience to experience this thrilling cinematic ride (sic).”
