The Kapoor family is probably probably essentially the most renowned in the Bollywood industry. From Prithviraj Kapoor to Ranbir Kapoor, generations of the Kapoor Khandan have devoted themselves to acting. While some Kapoors hold degrees from the US, others completed their education in Mumbai. Alternatively, interestingly, there shall be one member of the Kapoor family who graduated at the age of sixty seven. Yes, you read that right! This loved one never pursued a career in acting.

Within the event you’re wondering who we’re talking about, it’s Shammi Kapoor’s son, Aditya Raj Kapoor, who earned his degree from Indira Gandhi National Open University in Philosophy through correspondence. Earlier this month, Aditya delivered his first lecture on the synthesis of Eastern and Western virtue ethics, marking his new journey as a teacher.

Born in 1956 to Shammi Kapoor and Geeta Bali, Aditya attended Lawrence School, Sanawar, sooner than falling by the wayside in 1970. As an adolescent, he assisted his uncle, Raj Kapoor, on films such as Bobby, Dharam Karam, and Satyam Shivam Sundaram. He produced a movie in 1989 and returned to the industry in 2004, first as a director and later as an actor.

Aditya also tried his luck in assisting, producing films and even buniess ventures. Aditya made his debut as a producer with the 1989 film Gawaahi, featuring Zeenat Aman, Tanuja, and Shekhar Kapur in prominent roles. He later expanded into producing television shows, including Ek Do Teen Char (1987-1988) and Mama Ji (1992-1993).

Notwithstanding being a latecomer to acting, Aditya made his debut at the age of Fifty four in Chase (2010). Over the next 5 years, he appeared in more than half a dozen films. In 2014, he transitioned to television with a supporting role in Everest, which was once his last acting project sooner than he stepped far flung from the limelight.
