Nawazuddin Siddiqui’s Brother Ayazuddin Arrested In Forgery Case

Despite having a successful professional career, Bollywood actor Nawazuddin Siddiqui has struggled with issues in his personal life. Amid his ongoing legal disputes involving his estranged wife Aaliyah, the ‘Gangs of Wasseypur‘ actor’s elder brother Ayazuddin has been arrested by police. Nawazuddin’s elder brother has been taken into custody by Budhana police in Muzaffarnagar, Uttar Pradesh, on suspicion of forgery. He allegedly illegally issued an order letter to the consolidation department on behalf of the District Magistrate court.

Why is Nawazuddin Siddiqui’s Brother Ayazuddin Arrested?

According to DNA reports, Ayazuddin Siddiqui applied to the continuing conflict with opposition Javed Iqbal for his agricultural property to the office of the consolidation department, along with a copy of an order letter issued by the District Magistrate court in December. It was discovered that this order letter was fake. A case under sections 420, 467, 468, and 471 of the IPC was filed against Ayazuddin and Javed in March 2024, based on a complaint filed by the District Magistrate.

It’s not the first dispute that Ayazuddin Siddiqui has been involved in. He was charged in 2018 for allegedly offending religious emotions by sharing an offensive photo on social media. According to Budhana Circle Officer Hariram Yadav, a charge was filed against Ayazuddin in Budhan town yesterday evening on the allegation of a Hindu activist for allegedly uploading an obscene photo on Facebook.
