Rakhi Sawant Shares Health Update Ahead of Tumour Removal Surgery: ‘I Will Be Fine Soon’

Rakhi Sawant has been hitting the headlines ever since her photos lying on a hospital bed went viral on the internet. After the pictures went online, Rakhi’s ex Ritesh claimed that the actor had been diagnosed with a tumour, while her other ex, Adil Khan Durrani, alleged that she was trying to escape jail. However, Rakhi herself has given an update on her health and disclosed that she has a 10 cm tumour and will undergo surgery on May 18.
According to a report by ETimes, Rakhi updated her fans about her health and shared that she will be fine soon. “I will be fine very soon, I am facing health issues. I have a 10 cm tumour and will be undergoing surgery on Saturday. I am not able to talk much about my health, but Ritesh will keep you all updated about my condition. He will inform everyone about the hospital as well. I will show the tumour once the surgery is done. I had to be admitted because, before the surgery, things needed to be brought under control, like blood pressure and all. I don’t know the exact details as I am not a doctor, I’m an actor,” the ‘Main Hoon Na’ actor said.
She also praised doctors for their constant efforts in her treatment and said, “Doctors are the best here, and they are doing their job perfectly. I’ve never given up in life and have fought many obstacles and battles since childhood. I am going to fight in the operation theatre as well. I know nothing is going to happen to me as I have my mother’s blessings with me; she’s there with me. I am a fighter, and I’ll come back, nothing will happen to me. Chota sa tumor hi toh hai, nikal jaayega. (It’s a small tumour and will be cured). I’ll come back and dance and sing. I’ll entertain people again.”
Revealing more about the tumour, Rakhi said, “I had no idea that there was a tumour. I was dancing in the towel, and when I returned home, I fainted. Ritesh Ji rushed me to the hospital. After all the reports, it was found I had a tumour. But I know I’ll be back to entertain everyone.”
For the unversed, Rakhi has been in the news after her bail was dismissed by the Bombay High Court in a case registered by her estranged husband, Adil Durrani. He alleged that the actor shared his private, explicit videos online.
