Sandip Ghosh, Ex-principal of RG Kar Hospital, Sent To 8-day CBI Custody In Financial Misconduct Case

Kolkata: In a significant turn of events on Wednesday, a Kolkata court has sent Sandip Ghosh, the former principal of RG Kar Medical College and Health center, and three others to CBI custody for eight days in connection with alleged financial irregularities. The CBI on Monday arrested former RG Kar Medical College and Health center principal Sandip Ghosh and three others in connection with the alleged financial irregularities on the ability, which is below intense scrutiny over alleged rape and murder of a trainee doctor there last month.

Who Is Sandip Ghosh?

Ghosh served as principal of RG Kar Medical College from February 2021 to September 2023.
