Marvel Cinematic Universe films (2010-2021): Playing one of the most loved and popular Marvel characters, Scarlett Johansson impressed her fans as Natasha Romanoff aka the Black Widow. While she first appeared as Black Widow in the 2010 film Iron Man 2, she later took a full-fledged role in the 2012 film The Avengers. The actress later reprised her character in Captain America: The Winter Soldier, Avengers: Age of Ultron, Captain America: Civil War, Avengers: Infinity War, Captain Marvel, Avengers: Endgame and Black Widow. LucyScarlett Johansson as the young and confident Lucy in the 2014 film also left a strong impression on fans. The film revolves around a woman who inherits superhuman abilities after ingesting drugs in large amounts.

Jojo Rabbit: Scarlett Johansson once again left fans swooning with a powerful performance in Jojo Rabbit. A film which is remembered fondly among fans shows Johansson in the role of a young woman who hides a young Jewish girl in her fight against the Naziz. The dark comedy film also got her third BAFTA nomination and an Academy Award nomination.

Lost in Translation: Counted among one of the best films of her career, the 2003 film Lost in Translation got Johansson the highest critical accolades for her performance in the Sofia Coppola film. Scarlett Johansson who portrayed the role of Charlotte won her first BAFTA Award and also received her first nomination for a Golden Globe.

Match Point: The 2005 film Match Point got Scarlett Johansson her third Golden Globe nomination for a dramatic and powerful performance. Under the Skin: Johansson who is known for taking on unusual roles surprised her fans once again with her unconventional role in the 2013 film Under the Skin. The actress portrays the role of Laura, an alien who walks her way amid the human population in Scotland while observing the human species as she crosses their path. One of the major catches was that Johansson had to maintain a completely expressionless face throughout the film.
