Sonakshi Sinha has dubbed Zaheer Iqbal ‘the greenest flag ever.’ The celebrity couple who exchanged wedding vows in a civil ceremony received immense love and blessing on their special day. The Heeramandi star, who is currently enjoying her honeymoon period, shared a video of her spouse Zaheer. Sonakshi was shown entering a building barefoot at the beginning of the video. She approached her husband as he held Sonakshi’s heels in his hands. Zaheer turned around and grinned while moving in the video. The actor added King’s ‘Maan Meri Jaan‘ playing in the background in the video on her Instagram story.

Meanwhile, many Bollywood celebs attended the wedding celebration held at Bastian after the civil ceremony. Salman Khan, Vidya Balan, Siddharth Roy Kapur, Saira Banu, Rekha and the entire cast of Heeramandi were among the guests at the celebration. After seven years of dating, Sonakshi and Zaheer formally declared their love in front of close family and friends in a small ceremony.
Sharing the pictures from her special day, Sonakshi wrote, “Whattttt a day!!!! The love, the laughter, the togetherness, the excitement, the warmth, the support from every one of our friends, families and teams… it was like the universe came together for two people in love to give them exactly what they’ve always hoped, wished and prayed for. If this is not divine intervention… we dont know what is. We are both truly blessed to have each other and so much love protecting us (sic).”

Sonakshi and Zaheer shared the screen space together in Double XL, which also starred Huma Qureshi and Mahat Raghavendra. The pair also worked together on a music video ‘Blockbuster.’ Asees Kaur and Ammy Virk sang the upbeat track.
