World Cup 2023 semi-finalists confirmed; check teams and fixtures
India, the hosts of the 2023 Cricket World Cup, are certain to finish on the top of the group stage having already won eight out of nine matches and will take on fourth-placed New Zealand in the first semi-final. The Kiwis qualified for the last four stage on Saturday. While India were the first team to reach the semi-final, New Zealand’s progress was only confirmed after Pakistan were mathematically and officially eliminated during their match against England.

India vs New Zealand semi-final will take place at the Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai on 15 November (Wednesday). The match will start at 2 PM IST. In their previous game at the Wankhede, India secured a 302-run over Sri Lanka.
India’s last group match will take place on Sunday (12 November) against the Netherlands at the M Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bengaluru.
In the second semi-final, second-placed South Africa will take on Australia and the match will take place at the Eden Gardens in Kolkata on 16 November (Thursday). This match will also start at 2 PM IST.
The World Cup final will take place on 19 November (Sunday) at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad.
