Asian Games 2023 Day 10 LIVE Updates: India added seven more medals to their tally on Day 9 of Hangzhou 2022 to take the medal tally to 60. Three silver medals came through Parul Chaudhary in women’s 3000m steeplechase, Ancy Sojan in women’s long jump, and the India mixed 4x400m relay team. Four bronze medals were won by Suthirtha Mukherjee and Ayhika Mukherjee in the table tennis women’s doubles, women’s speedskating 3000m relay team, men’s speedskating 3000m relay team, and Priti Lamba in women’s 3000m steeplechase.

India are now 10 medals short of their record tally of 70 which they achieved at the 2018 Games in Indonesia. With medals at stake today in athletics and bronze, India will look to inch closer to the previous record. Also starting their campaign on Tuesday are the Indian men’s kabaddi and cricket teams who would want to finish with gold medals at the event.
