It was a tough and rough night for the Indian cricket team as Australia won the match by six wickets and also claimed their sixth World Cup. For the Indian fans, and celebrities at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad, it was shattering.

Anushka Sharma and Athiya Shetty could be seen in a morose state when the Australian cricket team was only 10 runs away from winning the match and the World Cup final.

India gave a target of 240 to Australia and despite losing three wickets for 41 runs, they won the match after precision and perseverance. The other attendees in the stadium were Shah Rukh Khan, Asha Bhosle, Ranveer Singh, Deepika Padukone, and Vivek Oberoi.
