Anushka Sharma and Virat Kohli, known for their privacy regarding their children, surprised everyone with the arrival of their son Akaay in February. While they kept Anushka’s second pregnancy under wraps, they delighted fans with the news of their son’s birth. Recently, TV star Aamir Ali, who collaborated with Virat on an ad, shared insights into their conversation. Virat had got his and Anushka’s children on set and Aamir was delighted to see Vamika and Akaay. The actor also mentioned that Virat’s face lit up when talking about his family, especially his children. Virat even showed Aamir a photo of his daughter and spoke fondly of Anushka.
Aamir Ali also saw Anushka Sharma and Virat Kohli’s son Akaay and he is aww of him. The TV star told Zoom, “He showed me his daughter’s photo and also spoke about Anushka. He had a different spark on his face. That was the most endearing thing I liked about him.” Speaking about Akaay, Aamir said, “Akaay is damn cute. I told him it’s good that you’ve kept them away. It’s Anushka’s decision to keep the kids away (from the media and fans). Kids have to be. But he’s so golu molu and a cute pie, god bless him.”
In April, Anushka Sharma was spotted at the Mumbai airport with her newborn son, Akaay. However, while the actress revealed the face of her little boy to the paparazzi, she asked them to not click pictures of him. An insider shared the details of Akaay to BollywoodLife. Speaking about Akaay’s face, the insider stated that he is an exact carbon-copy of his mother, and looks exceedingly adorable. On the other hand, their daughter, Vamika, resembles exactly like her father, Virat Kohli. The quote read, “Baby Akaay is a darling, looking at him one could gauge that he is right now looking like a carbon copy of his mom. And Vamika has grown up into the exact copy of her daddy King Kohli”.
In an earlier statement, Anushka and Virat announced Akaay’s birth with joy and requested privacy. “We seek your blessings and good wishes in this beautiful time in our lives. We request you to kindly respect our privacy at this time,” they added. They received an outpouring of love and blessings from friends and colleagues, including Ranveer Singh, Shweta Bachchan, and Alia Bhatt, who congratulated the couple on the newest addition to their family.
