Chennai: Former English cricketer Kevin Pietersen picked his best IPL 2024 team and it was surprising to see him ignore in form SRH openers Travis Head and Abhishek Sharma. He has Sunil Narine and Virat Kohli as openers. Both Kohli and Narine have had dream seasons at the IPL. While Kohli is the current Orange Cap holder, Narine is the ‘Most Valuable Player’. Pietersen also picked Rajat Patidar at No. 3. Patidar has had a brilliant season for RCB and that is the reason why he makes it. At No. 4 and 5, Pietersen unleashes the power with Shivam Dube and Heinrich Klaasen.

Pietersen does not stop there, he adds more power with Cameron Green, Nicholas Pooran, Andre Russell. He picked Yuzvendra Chahal as the sole spinner. The seamers that made it to his team are Jasprit Bumrah and T. Natarajan.
