The Badshah of Bollywood, Shah Rukh Khan enjoyed a phenomenal 2023 by delivering box office blockbusters with Jawan and Pathaan. While his latest outing Dunki has opened to positive response, SRK made a smashing entry at Anand Pandit’s star-studded 60th birthday bash.
Shah Rukh was dressed in a black formal as he happily posed for the media. In the bash, SRK praised Pandit for ‘cycling in Spain’ and said, ‘I remember face-timing Anand sahab jab ‘Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara‘ ka gang cycling kar raha tha, I was actually quite amazed that you do this in spain’. SRK then asked singer Sonu Nigam whether he knows about it, to which he replied saying, ‘Maine inse kaha ki mujhe agli baar bata dena main bhi chalna chahunga”
Actors Shah Rukh Khan and Salman Khan who are presently basking in the success of their latest releases were seen making a starry entry at the birthday party, while later the Bachchans including Amitabh Bachchan and his son-actor Abhishek Bachchan were also seen in attendance.
In the meantime, the likes of actors like Sharman Joshi, Neil Nitin Mukesh, Kajol, Rohit Roy, Jackie Shroff, Riteish Deshmukh, Hrithik Roshan, and his father Rakesh Roshan and others also joined the celebrations.
Talking about Shah Rukh Khan’s Dunki, Firstpost gave 3 stars and wrote, “Dunki has a good message and it is a good way to wrap up the year with a film which makes you feel good, but it is definitely not Hirani’s best work especially when he has given us masterpieces like 3 Idiots and PK. And may be our expectations were too high, keeping in mind that it is our 58-year-old Jawan‘s movie. But the best thing is that there is no ugly display of masculinity.”
