Shark Tank's Barbara Corcoran Shows Off Her Stunning NYC Apartment

Even more stunning, however, is the story of how she found it.

While Barbara Corcoran is best-known by many for her presence on "Shark Tank," the famed investor also has a reputation for her positive attitude.

It may be partially fostered by her living space, which you can now get a peek at thanks to TikTok personality Caleb Simpson. Simpson is known for asking folks on the street what they pay for rent and conducting house tours, which has netted him a cool six million followers.

Simpson recently posted his walking tour through Corcoran's Manhattan apartment, which boasts jaw-dropping views of the city's lush greenery.

But perhaps most impressive was when Corcoran revealed how long she had kept an eye on the place before she bought it. About 26 years prior, she was working as a messenger when she saw it for the first time.

"I fell in love with it," Corcoran said. "And I said to the lady, 'I'd like to come back and buy this one day.’ She laughed in my face, but I came back and bought it.”
