Barbados: The T20 World Cup 2024 is taking place on West Indies Soil. The England cricket team has appointed West Indies legend Keiron Pollard as a batting consultant for the T20 World Cup 2024. The English team hired Pollard to seek his guidance for assessing the local conditions, and on June 2, the Caribbean legend was seen at the team’s training session.

The 36 year old batter has played 101 T20Is for the West Indies. Pollard was also part of the T20 World Cup 2012 winning West Indies team. Pollard has made appearances in 654 T20 matches in his career. In this World Cup, he has taken up the role of batting consultant for the English team to provide them insights into local conditions.
