Unbelievable! Laapataa Ladies’ Phool Aka Nitanshi Goel Was in Just 9th Standard When She Shot The Film

Known for her role of ‘Phool’ in Kiran Rao’s ‘Laapataa Ladies,’ Nitanshi Goel made waves with her incredible performance. Everyone was amazed at how she carried out her lines, displayed her emotions, and demonstrated her acting prowess in the film. She is the youngest actor with the most Instagram followers and a social media star. However, during a recent interview, Nitanshi revealed that she recently revealed she wasn’t even in class 10 when she shot for Laapataa Ladies.

Nitanshi Goel was questioned about how she managed to juggle her education and her acting during a conversation with YouTuber Ranveer Allahbadia. It happened when Nitanshi disclosed that she was a ninth-grader during the filming of Kiran Rao’s heartfelt directorial. She said that she finished her examinations shortly before the movie’s filming started and that her class 9 final exams were barely a day after the filming.

According to the actor, she used to study for tests during the breaks and bring her science and math textbooks with her on set. Nitanshi said that, in the past, she had studied alongside her mother, a teacher. She said, “I took my exams just before the shooting of Laapataa Ladies. And a day after the shooting, I had my Class 9 final exams. So, the time I got to prepare for my exam was during the break in between the shots. I used to carry my science and maths books with me.”

Nitanshi Goel was questioned about her acting training at the same interview. She said that Aamir Khan had questioned her the same way when she had gone through the casting process. She stated that when Aamir inquired if she had performed in a play, she had to say ‘no’ since she was too young for theater.
