‘Will build strong India in Amrit Kaal’: PM Modi as his govt completes 9 years

Prime Minister Narendra Modi said on Saturday that he was honoured to have been given the opportunity to meet the goals of 1.4 billion Indians, as many people celebrated his government's ninth anniversary on Twitter.

“Since morning, I am seeing many Tweets on #9YearsOfModiGovernment in which people are highlighting what they have appreciated about our Government since 2014. It is always humbling to receive such affection and it also gives me added strength to work even harder for the people. We have covered much ground in the last 9 years and we want to do even more in the times to come so that we can build a strong and prosperous India in the Amrit Kaal,” Modi wrote on Twitter.

Union ministers Anurag Thakur and Ashwini Vaishnaw issued a booklet titled "Amrit Kal - This is our Time, This is India's Time" on Saturday while inaugurating the National Democratic Alliance government's 9th anniversary national conference.

The booklet documents the Union government's achievements and developmental work over the last nine years, including the construction of over 11 crore toilets, the opening of 48.82 crore bank accounts under the Jan Dhan Yojana, and the construction of three crore homes under the PM Awas Yojana.

Modi govt made 'historic achievements' during its nine years: J P Nadda

The BJP stated on Tuesday that the Modi administration accomplished "historic achievements" during its nine years in power, adding that India is pushing forward with full confidence, passion, and determination to become a developed country.

According to BJP national president J P Nadda, Prime Minister Narendra Modi prioritises the resolution of 'Antyodaya' and service in his policies, and his administration ensures that the benefits of social initiatives reach the last man in queue.

Basic requirements including as health, education, economic self-sufficiency, roads, water, and power reached the country's rural places during Prime Minister Modi's nine-year tenure, he added.

"Nine years of the Modi government have been of service, good governance and poor welfare," Nadda tweeted. "Historic achievements have been made in the areas of national security, self-reliance, global prestige, economic strengthening etc."

Union Civil Aviation Minister Jyotiraditya Scindia said on Monday that India's image has evolved from "colonial to self-reliant" under the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP)-led federal government's nine-year tenure.

Assam Chief Minister Himanta Sarma said on Monday that Prime Minister Narendra Modi's attention on the North East and giving it top priority throughout his nine years in government had resulted in unparalleled growth in the area.

Massive investments have been made in the region under Modi, he said during a press conference today.

Nagaland on development track under Modi-led BJP govt: Temjen

Temjen Imna Along, the state BJP president of Nagaland, stated on Monday that the northeastern state was on the path to growth and advancement under the saffron party's leadership at the Centre led by Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

Speaking at a news conference about the nine years of the Modi administration, he declared that the Centre is dedicated to the equal development of all state areas.
