Bharti Singh Admitted to Hospital Due to Gallbladder Stone Pain, Doctor Recommends Surgery

Popular comedian and TV host Bharti Singh recently shared a concerning update with her fans that she’s been admitted to Mumbai’s Kokilaben hospital due to pain in her abdomen. In a new vlog posted from her hospital bed, Bharti explained that she initially thought the pain was just a gastric issue, but when it didn’t go away, she decided to seek medical help. Tests revealed that she has stones in her gallbladder, and doctors have recommended her for surgery.
Despite putting on a brave face, Bharti showed her vulnerable side at night, expressing how much she misses her son, Gola, who was searching for her around the house. The video also showed her husband, Haarsh, appearing concerned for her.
Bharti’s hospitalisation comes shortly after she spoke out about the toxic work culture in the TV industry. During a podcast on their YouTube channel, Bharti TV, she and Haarsh, along with actors Manoj Bajpayee and Prachi Desai, discussed the long working hours and sleep deprivation faced by TV actors. They highlighted the toll it takes on people’s health, with some even suffering heart attacks due to the stress. “I’ve seen directors and creatives suffer heart attacks and health issues due to sleep deprivation. People would drink tea, smoke, eat only set food, and suffer from acidity, but wouldn’t be able to control it,” Haarsh reflected.
