Carnival Cruise Line takes a strict stance on a bad habit
The cruise line made it very clear that it has strict rules in this area and won't be changing them.

Both Carnival Cruise Line and Royal Caribbean allow players of their casinos to smoke; they also permit smoking in an out of doors area near the pool deck and in your complete on one other outdoor deck. Other cruise lines, including Superstar Cruises, which is owned by Royal Caribbean Group, allow smoking outdoors but now not in the casino.

Carnival answers a vaping question

"K" then went into an entitled rant according to his status level in Carnival's VIFP loyalty program.
"We're sick of being treated like 1/3-class cruisers. Me and four of my friends all vape. Three are Gold level. I am Platinum. Our last booking was once on the Miracle. Take a look into how tons we spend on board. We vape and we're here. Get used to it," they added.
Heald kept his response, as a minimum the direct a bit of it, brief.

Carnival passengers mostly beef up its smoking and vaping rules
Nearly seven-hundred people commented on Heald's post.
