Sadly, despite having little to no competition at the box office, the Kartik Aaryan film could not capitalize on its success. After a sluggish opening weekend at the box office on Friday, June 14, Kabir Khan’s most recent biographical sports drama picked up steam on Sunday, June 16. On its opening Monday, the film took in Rs 4.75 crore.

Munjya’s crown has not been overthrown by the eagerly anticipated Kartik Aaryan flick ‘Chandu Champion,’ which was released on June 14.
