'Great husband' Vicky Kaushal 'can do dishes, clean fans, sweep floor but change bed sheets'

Bollywood lovebirds Vicky Kaushal and Katrina Kaif have time and again oozed couple goals through their social media posts. There is also no doubt that the actor has made his fans believe he is a great husband material. In a recent interview with CurlyTales, Vicky Kaushal opened up about doing interesting household chores that any common man would relate to. The B-town heartthrob elaborated that he made always makes himself useful at home and that he has been the reliable sort.

The Sam Bahadur actor went on to add that in a family with just men, the mother looks for a vent to express emotions. He added that both he and his brother Sunny Kaushal have always shared responsibilities throughout their lives. “We’ve always shared responsibilities since childhood. I’m more predictable, but reliable kind of person. He’s more adventurous and fun person,” Vicky Kaushal said.

The Zara Hatke Zara Bachke star further added both he and his brother help their mother in the kitchen. “If my mother is in the kitchen and she wants something to be done, she would always call out to both of us,” he said.

While noting that Sunny is a great cook, Vicky added that he has been great at doing the dishes and that’s what he did during the pandemic. The actor, proving why he is a great partner, asserted that although he is not an expert cook, he can clean fans, he can sweep the floor but can’t mop. Vicky added that he can make great tea but can’t change bed sheets.

“Sunny’s a great cook, I can only cook eggs. I’m great at doing the dishes, that’s all I did during COVID-19. I’m tall, so I can clean the fans also. I can sweep the floor, but I can’t mop. I can’t change bed sheets, but I can make great tea,” he said.

Vicky Kaushal tied the knot with Katrina Kaif in December 2021. Although they didn’t make their relationship public till marriage, the wedding was a grand affair held at a resort in Rajasthan.

Work-wise, Vicky Kaushal is awaiting the release of his next, The Great Indian Family. The film, which also stars Manushi Chhillar, Kumud Mishra, among others, has hit the big screen today, 22 September.
