YouTuber Elvish Yadav In Trouble Again! ED Accuses Him Of Money Laundering In Snake-Venom Case

Snake Venom Case: YouTuber and Bigg Boss OTT 2 winner Elvish Yadav lands in trouble again! A money laundering case has been initiated by the Enforcement Directorate (ED) against Elvish in relation to the snake venom-rave party. The ED will look into his collection of high-end vehicles as well. In addition to Elvish Yadav, the owners of large hotels, resorts, and country residences will also be questioned by ED.  The federal agency has filed charges against him and those connected to him under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA) after receiving notice of a formal complaint and charge sheet submitted by the district police of Gautam Buddh Nagar (Noida) in Uttar Pradesh.

The ED is keeping a close eye on the purported production of proceeds of crime and the use of unlawful funds to plan rave or leisure events.

Elvish Yadav Snake Venom Controversy EXPLAINED

Elvish Yadav was detained by Noida Police earlier in March of this year and placed under 14 days of judicial prison concerning a snake poison case. The People For Animals (PFA) NGO complained last year, prompting the Noida Police to raid a banquet venue in Sector 51 and apprehend five individuals. In its FIR, the PFA named Elvish and charged him with throwing rave parties whereby they attracted international guests and set up deadly snakes.

He was subjected to the 29 NDPS Act by Noida Police. For the unversed, if someone is part of a drug-related conspiracy, such as the purchase and selling of drugs, they are subject to this act. It is difficult to grant bail to an accused individual who has been detained under this law.

He reportedly revealed the name of singer Fazilpuria when he was under court supervision. According to media reports, Elvish also acknowledged that he was familiar with and had met all of the detained defendants, including Rahul, the snake charmer, at several rave parties.

Elvish Yadav rejected the accusations against him, calling them ‘baseless and fake,’ but later on, the police dismissed the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act case against him, claiming that their side had made a ‘mistake.’

Elvish Yadav is a well-known Gurugram-based YouTuber. In addition to being the victorious Bigg Boss OTT 2, he is well-liked by young people and well-known for his music videos. Among his well-known music videos are those for Bad Guy, Systumm, Punja Daab, Rao Sahab, Hum Toh Deewane, Meter Khench Ke, and Bolero.
