Hamas has given 10-month-old Israeli hostage to another terror group, says IDF
Amid escalating tensions, Israel claims that Hamas is deliberately slowing the release of its youngest hostage, 10-month-old Kfir Bibas.
The infant was abducted on October 7, along with his parents and four-year-old brother.
The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) disclosed that Kfir has been transferred to another Palestinian group in Khan Yunis, potentially serving as a bargaining chip in talks to extend the current ceasefire.
According to IDF’s Arabic spokesman, Avichay Adraee, infants under one year old, including Kfir, have been confined in Hamas prisons for over 50 days.

Adraee accuses Hamas of treating these infants as spoils, occasionally handing them over to other terrorist organizations in Gaza.
The Bibas family, recognized for their two red-haired children, was reportedly passed on to another terror group in Khan Yunis.
International security analyst Michael Horowitz identifies the group holding the family as the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine, acknowledged by the U.S. government as a terrorist organization.
Bibas’ aunt, Noah Abrahams, condemns the decision to relocate the baby, describing it as additional psychological torture.
Israel staunchly asserts that Hamas remains responsible for all hostages, even if they are transferred to other groups.
As the current ceasefire approaches its end, Khan Yunis emerges as a potential flashpoint for renewed hostilities in southern Gaza.
The situation remains tense, with the release of the infant hostage entangled in the delicate negotiations and the uncertain fate of the ceasefire extension.
