South actors Aishwarya Arjun and Umapathy Ramaiah are all set to tie the knot on June 14, 2024, as per a report by Pinkvilla. Ahead of their wedding, the couple commenced their pre-wedding festivities in Chennai this week. The family initiated the pre-wedding celebrations with the Haldi ceremony, held at Aishwarya’s father, Arjun Sarja’s residence. Photos from the intimate affair made their way online, with fans showering the couple with their best wishes.
Images from the Haldi ceremony began circulating on the internet. In the pictures, Aishwarya and most of the family were dressed in white attire for the occasion, while her mother opted for a yellow saree. The theme of the event was ‘Cover Me in Sunshine.’ Aishwarya and Umapathy organized a Mehendi ceremony at the bride-to-be’s home in Chennai.
She looked stunning in a vibrant yellow Anamika Khanna outfit, complemented with golden earrings and flawless soft glam makeup. Meanwhile, the Adhagappattathu Magajanangalay actor chose to wear a black kurta set adorned with intricate golden embroideries.

Aishwarya appeared joyful as she received kisses from both her fiancé and father. Following the haldi ceremony, the entire family even captured a group photo together with their pets. Meanwhile, Vishal, who worked with Aishwarya in the 2013 film Pattathu Yaanai, also took to Instagram and shared pictures.
He was seen dressed in a blue kurta. Sharing the pictures, Vishal wrote, “All set for my dearest Arjun sir’s angel, my dearest Aishu and Umapathy’s #Sangeeth. Lil jitters but since it’s a family one I’ll be fine, I suppose. #lookgoodfrominside #lookyaself #enjoylife.”

Aishwarya and Umapathy first crossed paths on the reality show Survivor Tamil, which Arjun coincidentally hosted in 2021. Following their courtship, the couple exchanged engagement vows in a private ceremony on October 28, 2023.
