Kangana Ranaut, Anupam Kher, Varun Dhawan Condemn Terror Attack in Reasi, Call It ‘Cowardly Act’

Mumbai: Bollywood actors like Kangana Ranaut, Varun Dhawan, Anupam Kher, and several others have expressed their heartbreaking condolences and offered their prayers for the victims of the horrific terror attack in Jammu and Kashmir’s Reasi district. This devastating event, which happened on June 9th, sadly led to ten people losing their lives and injuring 33 others when a group of gunmen brutally attacked a bus packed with pilgrims. Kangana, Anupam, Varun Condemn Terror Attack in Reasi

As per media reports, the horrifying incident took place around 6:10 pm on June 10, when the terrorists openly attacked the bus which was on its way returning from Shiv Khori temple located in Reasi to Katra, confirmed by police officials. Post the terror attack, the bus tumbled down a gorge, where a total of 9 deaths and 33 injured were confirmed by the J&K police officials.

Reacting to the incident, Kangana emoted on Instagram where she wrote, “I strongly condemn the cowardly terrorist attack on the pilgrims in Reasi, Jammu & Kashmir. They were going for Vaishnodevi Darshan and terrorists opened fire on them only because they were Hindus. I pray for the departed and hope for the swift recovery of the injured. Om shanti (sic).”

Bollywood actor Anupam Kher was next to react to the devastating situation which took place at Reasi. Sharing his concern, The Kashmir Files actor reacted to the incident on X where he wrote, “Angry, pained and saddened by the cowardly attack on pilgrims in Reasi. Jammu! May almighty give the loved ones of victims the strength to bear the pain and loss. Prayers for the speedy recovery of the injured (sic).”
