Koffee With Karan 8: Aditya Roy Kapur unable to name Ananya Panday's pet dog on the show, Arjun Kapoor reacts

In the latest episode of Koffee with Karan Season 8, Aditya Roy Kapur along with Arjun Kapoor appeared as guests. While the two had a lot of fun on the show, Aditya was also seen addressing, rather dodging dating rumours with Ananya Panday.

However, fans were a little surprised as the actor seemed a bit uninformed about a few basic details about Ananya’s life. From failing to recognise her pet dog to being a stranger to her father’s legendary character ‘Akhri Pasta‘, Aditya’s responses in the recent episode of Koffee with Karan have prompted a series of reactions on social media, with a section of fans even upset.

As the trio got into an interesting conversation, it was during a fun round when Karan Johar was seen asking the Yeh Jawaani hai Deewani actor to identify the edited portions from a picture of Ananya Panday.

While Aditya guessed quite correctly that her dogs were missing, he failed to name one of them. It wasn’t it as he seemed quite clueless about ‘Akhri Pasta’ when Arjun Kapoor launched a veiled remark at him, saying, “There could be some aakhri pasta inside.”

Teasing him back, Karan Johar quipped, “You will have aakhri pasta with Ananya after she sees this episode. Because you have not done adequate research on her daddy dearest.”
