Darshan Thoogudeepa and Associates Accused of Electrocuting Renukaswamy

In a recent development, Prasanna Kumar, a respected advocate, has been appointed as Specific Public Prosecutor (SPP). Stirring shock in the courtroom, Advocate Kumar disclosed gruesome details about the victim, Renukaswamy. The alleged actions of the accused towards him involved administering electric shocks, a horrifying method of torture. Prasanna Kumar publicly revealed that Renukaswamy’s body bore 39 signs of violence, including 7 to 8 severe burn marks. The court faced a plea to extend the accused’s confinement by an additional nine days.

A news report published by the Times of India quoted one of the lawyers stating, “How was Darshan responsible for the incident when he had already left the place?
