Shah Rukh Khan to Begin Shooting For His Next With Daughter Suhana Khan in Mid 2024: ‘Mein Aaunga…’ – WATCH

Shah Rukh Khan rules the hearts of millions of people across the globe. With such versatility, SRK has never failed to make his fans happy. While most of us have seen him as the king of romance, Khan never shied away from doing grey and black character roles. In 2023, Shah Rukh gave back-to-back superhits starting from Pathaan to Jawan to Dunki. All these three films dominated the box office and raked in money like anything. Now, his fans are eagerly waiting for him to begin shooting for another project so that they can enjoy their favourite actor’s performance on the big screen. Bringing up the level of excitement of his admirers, the actor has shared an update about the shooting of his upcoming film, which is said to be the Sujoy Ghosh directorial King. Interestingly, the film King will also feature Suhana Khan, SRK’s daughter. This would mark the first time when the father-daughter duo will share the screen space. The movie is set to release in 2025.

When Will Shah Rukh Khan Begin Shooting For His Next Film?

During an interview with Star Sports on Friday, Shah Rukh Khan said, “I just felt I can rest a little. I have done two to three films, and there was a lot of physical work also in all three films. So I said maybe I will take some time off, and I told the whole team, ‘main aaunga matches dekhne.’” He continued and revealed that he would begin his shoot in June. The actor added, “We planned in June, so it may start in June. So I am absolutely free till then. So I would like to come to all the home matches because I love coming here (Eden Gardens).”

There is no such character that Shah Rukh hasn’t played yet. However, when King Khan was asked about the kind of role he would like to play, the actor replied, “I am attempting now to do a film which is more age-real to me and play it still as the protagonist and as the star of the film. I think one of the few things in Indian films we missed out on is people can play the age and play the star still because it does get a little tiring trying to bring in that kind of charm which existed 20 years ago what I used to do. I think I may have a new charm which is more age-centric. I’d like to do another action film.”

Meanwhile, Shah Rukh is often spotted during KKR’s matches. A few days ago, the actor was seen attending KKR’s training sessions ahead of their match against Delhi Capitals at Eden Gardens. Usually, Shah Rukh is accompanied by his kids AbRam and Suhana.
