Urvashi Rautela shares message of the person who stole her 24-carat gold iPhone at India-Pakistan World Cup match

While Team India toasted their triumph over Pakistan at the ongoing World Cup tournament, all was not well with actress Urvashi Rautela. In an unfortunate turn of events, the diva reported a significant personal loss. She took to social media and claimed that she lost her 24-carat gold iPhone amid the India vs Pakistan World Cup 2023 match festivities at Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad.

The actress has now shared a message from the person who stole her phone. Sharing the note on her Instagram stories, the message read that the actress will get her phone back only if she saves the anonymous person’s brother from cancer.

Urvashi Rautela‘s police complaint

Urvashi wasted no time in filing a police complaint. Sharing the picture of her formal complaint with the law enforcement agency, she wrote on her social media handle, “Lost my 24 carat real gold i phone at Narendra Modi Stadium, Ahmedabad! If anyone comes across it, please help. Contact me ASAP!” She also added a few hashtags such as ‘Lost Phone’, ‘Ahmedabad Stadium’, ‘Help Needed’ and ‘Ind vs Pak’. The actress even asked her followers to ‘tag someone who could help’.

Urvashi Rautela‘s post garnered hilarious reactions from internet users. One said, “’24 carat real gold’ nahi likhna chahiye tha. Ab chor phone bechne ke liye chor bazaar ki jagah jewellery market jayega aur aur zyada paise kamayega.” Another noted, “Mujhe mila tha. But mein to bech k flight pakar k ghat v a gaya. Sorry.”

Some were, however, empathic towards the actress. One of them wrote, “Stadiums are so unsafe man. So please stay away from cricket grounds and cricketers ma’am.” A comment also read, “Don’t worry… Ahmedabad Police will 100 per cent trace your phone and bring it back… as long as the phone is still serviceable.” An individual even suggested Urvashi to try the ‘Find my phone’ feature.
