US President Joe Biden announces programme to train Indo-Pacific doctors combat cervical cancer

Wilmington: United States President Joe Biden has announced a program to train Indo-Pacific doctors to conduct cervical cancer screenings and vaccinations. The announcement became made on the Cancer Moonshot event in his hometown of Wilmington, Delaware, on the sidelines of the Quad Summit.
“Next year, doctors and nurses from the United States Navy will initiate a programme to train Indo-Pacific counterparts in conducting cervical cancer screening and vaccination. “We can’t and should now not let that continue. Every year, 100 and fifty,000 females die from cervical cancer within the Indo-Pacific. We can’t and should now not let that continue. The four of us are proud democracies. We’re coming together to deliver an improved hope, more hope for our people.
