Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma are all set to welcome second baby in London

The power couple Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma keep grabbing eyeballs for their romantic getaways and public display of love and affection during various events. The couple has been creating a buzz for a while now as speculations are rife that Anushka is pregnant with her second child. While the couple has yet to confirm the pregnancy, reports suggest that the actress gearing up for her delivery soon. Additionally, she is speculated to deliver her second child in London.

Recently, industrialist Harsh Goenka dropped a post on his X handle, claiming that a baby is going to be born in a few days. He wrote, “A new baby is to be born in the next few days! Hope the baby takes India to great heights like the greatest cricketing father. Or will it follow the mother and be a film star?”

Earlier last year, in October 2023, a report by Hindustan Times claimed that Anushka Sharma was expecting her second child with her husband Virat Kohli. The entertainment portal quoted a source as saying, “Anushka is expecting her second baby. Like the last time, they will formally share the news with the world at a later stage.”

The news was confirmed after AB De Villiers, earlier this year in January, said on his YouTube channel, “Yes, his second child is on the way. Yes, it’s family time and things are important to him. If you are not true and genuine to yourself, you lose track of what you are here for. I think most people’s priority is family. You can’t judge Virat for that. Yes, we miss him, but he has made the right decision.” However, the cricketer withdrew his statement later saying that he spread ‘false information’ about Virat.

Meanwhile, Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma, after dating for about four years, tied the knot in December 2017 in a dreamy ceremony. The couple was blessed with a daughter, Vamika, in January 2021. Since then, Anushka has taken a break from films. The actress is slated to make a comeback with the sports drama Chakda Xpress, based on the life of cricketer Jhulan Goswami.
