Ahaan Panday, the cousin of Bollywood actress Ananya Panday is also to make his acting debut in Bollywood. As per the latest developments, Ahaan will mark his debut with one of the most celebrated production houses in India, Yash Raj films, and will be seen in Mohit Suri’s upcoming teenage love story.
Speculations are rife that Ahaan Panday is being personally groomed by the YRF Boss Aditya Chopra. Amid all the speculations, he was recently spotted arriving at the Yash Raj Films’ office wireless to seemingly sign the contract for his debut film.
In a video shared by a paparazzi handle on Instagram, Panday can be seen arriving in his car outside the YRF office in Mumbai. The video shows him stepping out of his vehicle. Right before entering the gates of the office, Ahaan obliged the media and posed for the cameras.
Dressed in casual attire with earphones in his ears, Ahaan Panday was captured by the camera for a brief moment, however, his entry didn’t go unnoticeable.
Ahaan Pandey’s career
According to reports, Ahaan Panday has been working with YRF for several years now and has also done a couple of workshops. His last venture was as an assistant director on the Netflix show, The Railway Men. Besides the web show, the 23-year-old also served as an AD for films like Freaky Ali and Rock On 2.
All this time, there have been several speculations around Ahaan’s big debut.
YRF plans Ahaan Panday’s big launch
According to the reports, Aditya Chopra’s Yash Raj Films will launch Ahaan Panday in their next film. The report comes just a few days after it was learned that YRF has teamed up with director Mohit Suri for a “young love story.”
“Ahaan was signed as a YRF Talent about five years back and he has been going through intense training programs devised personally by Aditya Chopra,” Pinkvilla reported, citing a close source. The report also added that Ahaan has been closely working with Mohit Suri for the last few months, and has given multiple screen tests and auditions before his signing part.
