  • I dedicated 30-Forty minutes, 5-6 times per week to strength training and Pilates to tone my body and keep away from loose skin. I started my journey with a yoga mat, 2 dumbbells and a resistance band!
  • Simple, homemade food: I didn’t follow any specific diet plans because I opt to eat what I crave, but I excited by controlling portions and eating protein-rich meals like tofu, paneer, soya, legumes, and beans to stay energized and entire.
  • Cutting out sugar and processed foods: I prioritized whole, nutritious foods to keep away from having unnecessary calories contained in the range of sugar and processed foods.
  • Walking 7-10k steps day-to-day: I made a habit of walking day-to-day to stay active and clear my mind. Even on rest days, I walk as an awful lot as imaginable. THIS IS A GAME CHANGER!
  • Prioritizing sleep: I ensured I got 7-eight hours of quality sleep every night, which played a significant role in my weight loss and recovery.
