Samsung Expands One UI 8 Beta Program to More Galaxy Devices
Samsung continues to broaden One UI 8 beta to extra Galaxy gadgets such as S 24, Fold8 and Flip 8. Coming soon September 2022: Smarter AI, new features and wider availability!

Samsung Electronics is today announcing an expansion in its One UI 8 beta program in an effort to bring even smarter AI-powered user experiences to more Galaxy devices. Beta participation in the Galaxy S24 series, Galaxy Z Fold6 and Galaxy Z Flip6 in Korea, the U.S., the U.K. and India(BHARAT) will start next week via the Samsung Members app.
First unveiled in May as part of Galaxy S25 series, One UI 8 brings new technological possibilities in terms of multimodal interactions, allowing to interact more intuitively and contextually. By combining it with Galaxy Buds3 or Buds3 Pro, even one voice command or a long press of the earphones can activate Google Gemini, demonstrating Samsung once again making everything easier to work with AI.
The beta program would be expanded in September to more models such as the Galaxy S23 series, Z Fold5, Z Flip5, A36 5G, A55 5G, A35 5G, and A54. This time, the company revealed that One UI 8 Watch will not only cover the Galaxy Watch8 smartwatch but it would have successors among other watches that can enhance motivation through health features and enhanced smartwatch experience.
One UI 8 is officially opening with the release of an official version to the Galaxy S25 model in September and then to the rest of the applicable models. This is a great step that will bring changes to the Samsung software ecosystems with early beta users being crucial to the development of the final product.
Samsung is not only presenting its updates with One UI 8, but it is a future as the platform that incorporates AI and implements more efficient and personalized experiences.
