69th Filmfare Awards: Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt groove to Bobby Deol's viral song 'Jamal Kudu' from 'Animal'
One of the biggest award nights in Bollywood, the 69th edition of the highly anticipated Filmfare Awards, was held on Sunday, 28 January. The star-studded event witnessed many Bollywood celebrities turning up in their best looks in Gujarat, Gandhinagar. Hosted by filmmaker Karan Johar alongside actor Ayushmann Khurrana, the ceremony saw actors winning big at awards night, followed by some amazing performances.
Among all that happened at the Filmfare Awards 2024, Karan Johar, along with actress Alia Bhatt and Ayushmann Khurrana, was seen grooving to the hook step of the foot-tapping dance number ‘What Jhumka’ from his film ‘Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani’.
In a video going viral on social media, Johar is joined by Alia Bhatt and Ayushmann Khurrana as they amazingly ace the hook steps of the song on the stage, leaving the audience mesmerised and excited.
On the other hand, another clip going viral on social media once again shows the acclaimed filmmaker performing the viral hook steps of the song with choreographer Ganesh Acharya, who bagged the Filmfare Award for Best Choreography for the song.
That’s not all, Ranbir and Alia could also be seen grooving to Bobby Deol’s viral song ‘Jamal Kudu‘ from ‘Animal‘.
Alia Bhatt shines in white at the Filmfare Awards
In the meantime, Alia Bhatt, who chose an ivory-white ensemble from designer Anamika Khanna’s collection, looked divine on the red carpet. She donned a custom corset saree-gown featuring floral embellished work that came with a front thigh-high slit, a silk satin pallu forming a long train, and a strapless corset.
She completed the look with embellished pumps, along with a silver choker, rings, side-parted locks, and minimal makeup.
