Another plane had to turn around after gross bathroom crisis

For those tracking the world of strange happenings on planes, it's been a busy month of bathroom-related incidents.
At the start of September, a Delta Air Lines (DAL) - Get Free Report flight from Atlanta to Rome needed to turn back around for a "biohazard issue" that was later revealed to be a bad case of passenger diarrhea. The latest incident occurred on an EasyJet (EJTTF) - Get Free Report flight from Spain's Tenerife to London. On Oct. 15, traveler Kitty Streek posted a video of a pilot making an overhead announcement that one of the passengers "found it rather exciting to defecate [on the floor of] the front toilet."
Real good of @easyJet to delay the flight 3.5 hours with 0 communication then decide to cancel it altogether because someone took a shit on the toilet floor
