Asian Para Games: Sumit Antil wins javelin throw gold by breaking own world record as medal tally swells to 64
Sumit Antil, the defending Paralympics champion, threw an excellent 73.29m in the men’s javelin throw F64 final to clinch gold at the 2023 Asian Para Games in Hangzhou on Wednesday.
India finished the day with a total of 64 medals, including 15 gold, 20 silver and 29 bronze medals. India are currently in sixth place, one spot below where they were on Tuesday.
